Many people who don't know much or non of the laws of private donation for politicians in Japan do bash very talented highly intelligent politicians without reasons but rumors written or sent via e-mails designed to "rewrite" Masuzoe's life and work. Certain "protesters" have jumped into nasty irrational bashing of Youichi Masuzoe, the Tokyo City Mayor who is very much proven politically talented and as professor of politics and economic of Europe Russia and Japan. As a member of academics, he used to teach in Tokyo Uni after he took PhD in Tokyo uni and PhD in Sorbonne in Paris. Rather deemed as slightly lightly right wing to radicalism, Youichi Masuzoe has been very much popular among conservatives and supporters of LDPs and Koumei. Madison has not breached any of law and ethical or moral rules of Japan whereas former DPJ Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama had received 50million yen from "contributors"who had already died. No single was legal penalty imposed on him. No was single moral or ethical responsibility made. He just deleted the 30 names of already dead "contributors" and added new names of contributors' who are existing - alive- at each time of contribution. Former DPJ Chief Cabinet Secretary Ichiro Ozawa had bought stone made decoration for his private garden of his private house at the cost of 18million yen(900 thousands pounds)by private political donation from "contributors". No was any legal accusation made to Ichiro Ozawa. Not many do know the reason why Ichiro Ozawa was arrested and prosecuted: the failure in making correct reports of money received and money payments in the Political Donation Reports which should be made on each fiscal year of money transaction. Ichiro Ozawa's 0.4 billion yen(2million pounds) "private deposits in his house" was not correctly legally reported, which was the reason of public prosecution, not due to Ozawa's "shopping" of 2.4 million pounds land property and 10 million pounds building in Setagaya ward of Tokyo paid by private political donation from contributors or the stone made decoration in his private garden in his privately owned home in Japan.
Under the Japanese law regulating private donation contributed to politicians, there is no legal or ethical problem about how much political donation is used only if political private contribution is correctly recorded and reported to political donation reports on each fiscal year of when each donation is made or used for political causes in a vague and broad sense.
Youichi Masuzoe has not received and used such a huge amount of money at all. All his own houses are built by his own talent and academic carriers but political. Youichi Masuzoe has been very famous and popular from his "unique" nature of a family man who are very much with his wife and children even when he is attending to meetings with his political party members or meetings or fundraising parties for his political supporters or contributors. What he was "condemned" was 340 thousands yen(just about 170 pounds) of his accommodation expense spent with his wife and children for the new year political events, which was paid from his private political donations, not from tax. Youichi Mauzoe is deemed "very unique" politician who has been attending at his political parties or fundraising parties and meetings with his wife. Youichi Masuzoe has been supportive for his wife who had been dedicated to elderly special care for his mother even during his academia/political carrier.
What differentiates Masuzoe from Yukio Hatoyama and Ichiro Ozawa is actually not morality or legal legitimacy but his original race and his sincere honesty on money which is rather far clean and legally genuine with high moral standard.
The point the "protestors accusing of Masuzoe" have been actually trying to make is: reverse the decision on lease of the land property in Tokyo on which Masuzoe agreed with PM of South Korea who plans to build another Public South Korean high school in Tokyo upon the property Masuzoe to let the land property to the public high school of South Korea. Such protesters have shouted in demonstrations in front of the Japanese Parliament as saying:" we need nursery schools for us but South Koreans' public high school!'
Behind the "protesters""movements, there have been serious discrimination against Korean pentnshera and Koreans upon certain strange boom of Taiwanese' tribal/gang supremacy against Koreans and Japanese in Japan and Asia. Many of Taiwanese gangs in Japan have their own Japanese names legally transformed from their Taiwanese names under the Japanese law. Taiwanese gangs' power of influence on Japanese political measures have been grown through anti-China attitudes whereas ordinal Japanese economy and Chinese economy have been growing together with the foreign economy relationship between China and South Korea that has been developed on a quick pace.
Youichi Masuzoe has not been committing to any criminal or illegal conducts or immoral conducts. What Masuzoe has been doing is increasing the number of public nursery schools and day care centers for elderly people.
Masuzoe's first class air fair is very much stick to the rule made by the City of Tokyo parliament in any sense; legally, democratically and ethically.
Plus, the "protesters" had unethically ungroundedly argued about Masuzoe's public expense for his transportation and accommodation in Paris, London and Washington DC for his utterly official visit as a mayor of the City of Tokyo.
Masuzoe's suit room charge - 190 thousands yen(95pounds) in Paris, for example, was legally approved by the procedures made by the parliament of the City of Tokyo.
No was single failure made by Masuzoe, the Mayor of the City of Tokyo, even in its travel expense and other expense used during his official public visit to London/Paris and Washington DC.
The "protesters" have been saying like: "why don't you stay in Travelodge! build more nurseries and pay up more subsidy for business owners for private child care services!!" as all those of such bully from Taiwanese tribe supremacy "political" "NGOs" which have been receiving unthinkably high public subsidy and budget to build more private NGO run "child care service"; whether far right antiKoreans antiJapanese and far "left" of anti Westerns against Abe Japanese government: both are very much close to Yamaguchi-Gumi, Kanto-Rengo, Sumiyoshi-Kai of old Taiwanese gangs and certain Constitution Academics for Japanese Asian supremacy radical binary fundamentalism against Westerners UN police and human rights such as Setsu Kobayashi of Keio University.
"Interestingly", almost all of such "protesters" are against USA, against the republic of China and against Abe government of LDP. And the MPs of a political party, DJP, closest to such "protesters" use 2million yen(1000pounds) for per MP per each public travel per every fiscal year without public protesters.
It has been very weird situation in Japan; the more a politician is sincerely honest and clean, the more "protesters" have been on the streets if a politician is properly talented whereas "supporters" have been on the streets if a politician is completely lying about who he is or what he is actually trying to do.
